Privacy and cookies
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply, the test call if you try our live demo, one cookie that remembers your language, and anonymous traffic counts. We do not sell data. Here is the long version.
Who is responsible
Grupo Viadovela S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Maxpec”, “we”), Calle 23 #101 x 14 y 16-A, Col. Chuburná de Hidalgo, C.P. 97208, Mérida, Yucatán, México, is responsible for the personal data handled through maxpec.digital. Questions and requests: hello@maxpec.digital.
What the contact form collects
Name, business name, phone, email, the category and service you pick, your message, and whether you ticked either consent box for text messages. The form also records the language of the page you submitted from (en or es) and the page path as the source.
If you write to us instead, we keep that correspondence. We do not ask for payment-card numbers, government IDs or other sensitive data on this site.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare for the call, and, if you become a client, to deliver the service and invoice it. Submitting the form is a request for a conversation, not a contract.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box, we may text you about your enquiry, your call and, if you become a client, your account. Marketing texts are sent only if you tick the separate marketing box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, and HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Processed via GoHighLevel
Contact requests are posted as JSON to our customer-relationship system, GoHighLevel, which processes the data in the United States. The site is served by Cloudflare (global network). We do not share personal data with anyone else, and we do not sell it. We may disclose it if the law obliges us to.
How long we keep it
Contact requests that do not become a client relationship are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period the tax law of the relevant country requires (five years in Mexico).
How to request deletion
Write to hello@maxpec.digital from the address you used with us and say you want the data deleted. We answer within twenty business days. You can also ask to see, correct or export what we hold, or object to how we use it, by the same route.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws grant, exercised the same way. Residents of Mexico have ARCO rights under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares; the Spanish notice at /es/privacidad is the document that applies to them.
Cookies and analytics
Language cookie: a single first-party cookie named vn_locale (value “en” or “es”, one year) so the home page opens in the language you chose last time. It contains nothing else.
Traffic measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without storing personal data. Your IP address passes through Cloudflare’s network to deliver the site and protect it; Cloudflare processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or advertising pixels on this site, maxpec.digital. The sites we build for clients carry their own privacy notice, which names whatever analytics are installed there.
Booking calendar: the calendar for booking a call loads from our customer-relationship system, GoHighLevel, only when you open it, and may set its own cookies so the booking works.
Do Not Track: nothing on this site follows you across other websites, and we do not let third parties collect information about your activity here over time and across other sites. Because there is no such tracking to switch off, the site does not change its behavior when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal; if we ever add tracking of that kind, we will honor those signals and update this page first.
The live AI demo
If you try the demo at demo.maxpec.digital, we read the public website you enter to set up the receptionist, record and transcribe your test call, and keep the record it produces. If you ask for the summary by WhatsApp or email, we also keep the number or address you give us and send the summary to it.
The call audio is processed by Deepgram (United States) to understand and produce speech, and the transcript is processed by DeepSeek, an AI model provider whose servers are in China, to write the summary and the record. We also log demo usage — the steps you take, device type, country and IP address — to measure the demo and stop abuse. Demo records are kept and deleted on the same terms as contact requests. Please do not say or type sensitive information in the demo.
Children
The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
