Websites for HVAC companies

HVAC websitesfor the day theAC quits in July.

Nobody shops for an HVAC company on a nice day. They search at 6 p.m. with a house at 84 degrees and call the first company whose page loads and whose phone gets answered. That is the site we build: fast, clear about emergency service, and wired so the call reaches you.

What the site has to do

Four things an HVAC website has to do.

  1. 01

    Win the emergency search

“AC repair near me”, from a phone, on the hottest day of the year. The page has to load in seconds, show the number at the top, and say the two things that matter: you are available today, and what the service call costs.

  2. 02

    Sell the maintenance plan

Emergency calls are the volume; maintenance agreements are the business. A page that explains the plan in plain terms — two tune-ups, priority service, the discount on repairs — and a form to sign up turns one-time calls into a customer list you can text before the season.

  3. 03

Show the brands and the certifications

Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Daikin — whichever you carry, the dealer badge, the NATE certification and the license number, on the page where a homeowner is deciding whether to trust you with a five-figure replacement.

  4. 04

    Make the replacement decision easier

Repair or replace is the question under every service call on a system past ten years. A page that answers it honestly, with financing and the rebate programs in your area, starts the replacement conversation before the tech is in the basement.

The system, for your trade

What happens when the phone rings and you cannot answer.

The call at 6 p.m.

Every missed call lands on your phone within seconds, with the number and the time, and — once carriers approve your business — the caller gets a text back before they try the next company. You decide who dispatches; the system makes sure nobody is lost.

The maintenance reminder

Spring and fall, the system texts your maintenance customers to book their tune-up, with the calendar link, once carriers approve. That is two revenue weeks a year that used to depend on someone remembering to call.

The review after the repair

The request goes out the same afternoon, with the link. HVAC is a reviews business — the company with hundreds and a fast reply wins the emergency search more often than the one with forty.

Texts to your customers start once US carriers approve your business; until then every lead reaches you by app alert and email, within seconds.

24 monthly payments · no down payment. We do the work up front and you pay for it over twenty-four months, with nothing down and no interest. Hosting, maintenance and unlimited updates are free for the whole term. The first payment is made the day you say yes, and the fourteen days to launch start the day it clears.

Measured by Google

Every site we build loads under the 2.5-second line Google publishes, on a phone, by contract — and you can test any site, ours or the other guy’s, on our homepage.

Questions

What your trade asks us.

Can the site show that we are available right now?

It can show your hours, your emergency line and a “we answer today” promise you actually keep. What it cannot do is answer the phone for you; what the system does is make sure a missed call is never silent.

Do you build the maintenance-plan sign-up?

Yes: a page that explains the plan, a form that puts the customer in your list with a plan tag, and the seasonal reminder that goes out on its own once carriers approve your business for texting.

We do plumbing and electrical too. One site or three?

One site, with a section for each trade and the pages Google needs to rank each one. That is what the Deluxe and Premium plans are for. A separate site per trade is more to maintain and splits your reviews.
